Our neighborhood abuts the Peterson Nature Preserve and our home can be rented with (if available) one/both of our adjacent two bedroom homes (a fence with a gate separates the homes) if more space is desired. Downtown Saugatuck is a short walk away and Douglas and Oval Beach are easy drives. Enjoy all of the amenities provided indoors and outdoors. All "A Step Away" guests receive a discount when shopping our local store during their stay. Lastly, we're dog friendly (w/approval & fee).

The Lookout Cottage is open concept living with vintage cottage finishes and a lovely farm-style kitchen. A private bedroom is attached to the main living space, coupled with a large bathroom, providing plenty of capacity for 4 guests. A queen-sized Room and Board sleeper sofa is available in addition to the queen bedroom. The Lookout has a large screened porch with views of the harbor.
