Entièrement rénovée par nos soins, elle dispose de tout le confort nécessaire à votre déconnexion, tout en respectant l'âme du bâtiment qui était au XVIIIe siècle une ancienne grange. A faire : balade dans les vignes, randonnée à vélo sur la voie verte... ou la découverte des climats de Bourgogne depuis le ciel avec un vol en montgolfière.

Le logement Joli studio de 36m2, entièrement restauré, situé au rez de chaussée de la maison des propriétaires. Cadre idyllique au milieu d'un écrin de verdure, pas de voisins proches. A noter un supermarché visible de la maison, une route départementale à 300m Piscine au sel à proximité de mai à septembre

Au sein d'un petit hameau, grange rénovée et décorée dans un esprit rustique et artisanal vous séjournerez dans un espace de 60 m2 cuisine salon séjour et une grande chambre 20 m2 avec WC et salle d'eau attenante. Près de la nature vous pourrez faire de belles randos, ou vous détendre sur la terrasse avec un panorama superbe, un petit foot avec les enfants ou une pétanque avant l'apéro, c'est possible aussi. Grand terrain mais non clos, proximité d'animaux dans le voisinage.

È una tipica casa di montagna, situata nel villaggio Le Cret a 1770 m di quota, la cui costruzione risale al XVI secolo e veniva utilizzata come granaio per lo conservazione dei cereali. Si tratta di una porzione di fabbricato che fa parte di un complesso completamente ristrutturato e, come per le altre unità abitative, la ristrutturazione è avvenuta mantenendo il più possibile lo stile e i materiali originali, compatibilmente con le necessità abitative moderne.

We will host you all year long in a nice, cosy, renovated barn located in a small village in the middle of the Chartreuse Mountain chain. The studio is composed of a bedroom on the first floor with a bathroom (shower) and on the ground floor, a kitchen with a microwave, electric cooking Appliance. Note that the toilets are on the ground floor. Bed sheets and towels provided. Homemade breakfast not included in the price.
