Historic Stone Loft – Stari Grad, Hvar Escape to this elegant, spacious, and light-filled 18th-century stone loft in the heart of Stari Grad’s old town. This apartment is situated on the ground floor of our family house with a beautiful view of the sea. It is fully equipped and has 1 bedroom, living room with extendable sofa, kitchen, bathroom and big terrace which is ideal for eating and spending time outdoors. There is no airconditioning, but the apartment is situated in the shade and is therefore very comfortable in the summer heat. It is located near a beautiful sandy beach and is just a 5 minutes walk away from the center.

Apartman površine 60 m 2 sastoji se od spavaće sobe sa velikim bračnim krevetom, kupaone, prostrane dnevne sobe sa kuhinjom, predsoblja i balkona. Čitav južni zid prema moru je u staklu tako da prostor ima puno svjetla i sa balkonom čini jedan prostor. Apartman se nalazi na trećem katu kuće koja se nalazi u neposrednoj blizini centra grada (5 minuta ugodne šetnje uz more) te sa balkona ima otvoreni pogled na more i otoke budući se kuća nalazi u prvom redu uz more.

Steinhaus mit Terrasse, Garten und Meerblick

Es ist ein ca. 300 Jahre altes Steinhaus, liebevoll restauriert mit dicken Natursteinwänden und Holzböden. Das ganze Haus ist geschossoffen, dh. zwischen den Geschossen befinden sich nur Treppen, keine Tueren. Im Garten sind Orangen-, Zitronen-, Granantapfel- und Mandelbaum und ein weiterer Sitzplatz. It was therefore our intention to bring it back to life and restore this original idea – to offer escape, relaxation and pure joy to our guests in a beautiful setting.

Lugares de interés: It is very near Jelsa and at 3,5 km to another village, Vrboska. There are many restaurants and during the summer there are plenty cultural activities going on. It's a perfect place for practising sports such as windsurfing, biking, jogging and a tennis court is very near. Also perfect for family time! It's a very cozy studio where you can enjoy the nature and a turquoise sea...

A charming little house by the sea. 5' to center.

The apartment is located in surrounding center of Hvar city. It is situated in a small house structure with only one apartment surrounded by beautiful garden and it is fully furnished. You have the whole house for you. It has one bedroom with double bed and living room with a sofa. Sofa is not for sleeping. Kitchen is fully equipped without oven . Bathroom has a shower. Parking is not available.

Modern furnished 25 m2 double room for couples (on the first floor). The double room has one double bed, the corresponding mini kitchen and a private bathroom. There is the possibility of renting additional folding bed for a third person. We offer you two such identical double room each with separate entrance.
