The amazing and spacious (120 sqm) apartment is on the 2nd floor (with elevator) of an entirely renovated traditional Lisbon building, and is sun facing throughout the day. It is elegantly decorated, fully furnished and equipped with all the mod-cons. Open the windows, enjoy the balcony, take a rest on the couch, enjoy the views, use the internet, enjoy a drink or read a book, cook and do everything you like and you normally do in your own home, but in the fantastic city of Lisbon! The apartment offers 2 double bedrooms, both with ensuite bathroom, a spacious living and dining room with a study area and a sofa that can be turned into an extra bed; one toilet; a kitchen fully equipped with washing machine, dry machine, microwaves, fridge, coffee machine, dishwasher; TV and free wifi throughout the house. It can accommodate up to 5 persons and has all the appliances for long and short stays, with the possibility of one baby bed (please ask for it). Cleaning is made before the arrivals and is included in the price. Beds will be made with fresh linen and we will provide one set of towels per guest. You will be able to enjoy the whole apartment exclusively throughout your stay. I will always endeavor to reply quickly to all your questions or comments. As soon as you confirm your reservation, I will be in contact to prepare your arrival and will be waiting for you in the flat to welcome you. In checkin and throughout your stay, i will be available any time you need tips about the best restaurants to visit or any other information you may like to know about this wonderful city. Feel like a local when exploring the supermarket, antique shops, trendy decor and design stores, restaurants, and coffee shops. Wander further, via the nearby Metro, just 8 minutes to the historic center. Subway (metro) is the best public transportation to get around in the city. You will find São Sebastião metro station just at the end of the street (4 min walk). São Sebastião is an hub station for red line (direct connection to the airport) and blue line (direct connection to historic center, avenida da liberdade and santa apolonia train station). There are also three buses lines nearby (3 min walk), at Av. de Berna: 716, 726 and 756. If you want to visit Alcantara area or Rua da Junqueira (Tagus riverfront), line 756 will get you there (direction east-west). If you are traveling with a private car, there is a covered car park in front of the building, with a maximum daily rate of 12 euros.

With a 24 hour reception/security and 4 lifts this apartment has the quality of a Hotel with all the advantages of a home. We believe that a communication prior to the arrival is fundamental for us to personalize the guest stay. We have all the tools to be in contact with our guests all the time. Laranjeiras is one of the most popular quarters for locals due to transport facilities (Metro, Long distance Buses, and one of the biggest train stations with trains to just about everywhere). It is also close to many Universities and many Hospitals. The fantastic Lisbon ZOO and the stadium of the most popular stadium of football in the country, the Estádio da Luz of Benfica soccer club, at walking distance. The biggest shopping centres of El Corte Inglês and Colombo are only at a few minutes by metro. The metro station of sete rios or the one of Laranjeiras is at 6 minutes walking (630mts) taking you the very city center in only 15 minutes and to the shopping area of El Corte Inglês at 8 minutes. The buses from Fátima, Evora and Sevilla and many other places arrive at Sete Rios Bus Station at only 5 minutes walking distance. Also the Sete Rios train station is one of the biggest stations in Lisbon with connections to Algarve, Porto, Sintra, Estoril/Cascais, Oriente, etc, etc. One of the biggest transport hubs of Portugal. Fantastic transport options and a car park with a cost of 15€ per day. In longer stays this value can be reduced significantly.
