Relax and put your feet up in this peaceful hideaway, down a back section in the heart of Windsor. A 5-minute walk from the shopping centre with a supermarket, pharmacy, boutique shops, pizzeria, fish and chips and cafes. A short stroll away is the Waihopai River Walkway, the beautiful Queens Park is a 10-minute walk away, and 10 minutes drive to the city centre. Please note the 2nd bed is a fold out couch (it is extra) and the guesthouse is beside our garage (so you may hear the garage door).

Waterfront Cottage is a beautifully restored 1920s 3-bedroom bungalow 25 metres from the ocean. The cottage has just undergone a full update including double glazing, new carpets and a new heat pump insuring a warm comfortable stay regardless of the weather. There is high speed fibre internet that can be boosted to over 1000mbs if required for work stays and a 50inch TV in the lounge area.
