The cottage was the place where all Kimmel producers and Guillermo enjoyed their time off after the filming in Dildo. A cozy ocean side cottage, about an hour outside of St John's NL, you find this little piece of paradise where you can relax and enjoy amazing ocean views. In season you can see whales right from back deck, Minke and Humpbacks. When the Caplin are rolling you can see them all along the beach and the trails beaches. Or maybe just relax and listen to the sound of the ocean waves breaking on the beach. Just a short walk along the beach and you are at the start of the Chance Cove coastal trail.

This unique place has a style all of its own and offers a stunning view of trinity bay. All 3 levels have 1 bedroom with there own bathroom plus amazing ocean view from each window. The lower level you will find all the floors are heated along with a heat pump and a wood stove for cooler nights and a hot tub outside. The top level consist the master bedroom with its own ensuite. Outside has a warp around deck so you can enjoy the sun and the ocean breeze from any angle.

Built in 1904 and recently remodelled Saltbox home with many touches of historical charm. Overlooking beautiful Bay Roberts Harbour and close to all amenities including; Wilber Sparks Complex, The Bay Arena, The Shoreline Heritage Trail, The Baccalieu Trail Brewery and the Newfoundland Distillery.
