30sqm house with kitchen, sauna, gazebo and loft.

A complete 30 sqm house just for you. In the house you will find your own sauna, a big bathroom with shower, a living room with kitchen including stove & fridge plus freezer and a loft with a king size double bed. The couch folds out to a queen size bed. The guest house is right next to our main house but has its very own patio for some privacy. Parking is easy accessible and is is of course included. We are usually close by if you have any questions or want tips regarding the surroundings.

Du får tillgång till en lummig trädgård med grillplats, ett lusthus och du kan till och med unna dig en avslappnande och rogivande stund i vår relaxavdelning med bastu, bubbelpool & massagefåtölj. Enjoy unique Ljunghusen, known for its heather, large pine trees and beautiful white sand beach, in this charming house with a pool, sauna and large terrace and outdoor dining area. The house offers two bedrooms on the top floor, as well as a separate pool house with two beds. It has an open kitchen and dining area and a lovely sitting room with an open fire. Ljunghusen is a peaceful area yet is close to the restaurants and stores in Skanör and Höllviken, and a 20 min drive from Malmö.

Vi välkomnar gäster till renoverat källarplanet som är ca 60 m2, i vår gamla villa från 1929. Det finns värmegolv, öppen spis, tv, dusch, bastu, badkar, Nespresso, micro, wifi och egen ingång genom carport och verkstad. Obs! Inget kök. I sovrummet finns en 160 cm säng och i tv-rummet en bäddsoffa (140 cm) Ni är välkommen att vara i trädgården som har en uteplats i hörnan. Eftersom det är trappor ner är det inte handikappvänligt. Det är gratis parkering på gatan men datumparkering.
