Situat la ultimul etaj al blocului, iesirea pe balcon asigura o priveliste panoramica asupra orasului. Apartamentul se afla la doar 2 statii de tramvai de centrul istoric al orasului, fiind foarte aproape de centrele comerciale.

Zona este împânzită de restaurante, terase, cafenele, parcuri și magazine de tot felul. Toate obiectivele turistice ale Oradiei sunt la 2-5 minute de mers pe jos, iar la Aquapark Nimphea poți ajunge plimbandu-te in 10 minute pe malul Crisului. Oferim finisaje moderne, facilitati spa, curte interioara cu sezlonguri si zona de gratar. Am pus accent pe intimitatea si relaxarea clientilor.
