We live in a lovely residential area. 2 min walk away there is a direct bus route into Edinburgh City Centre. The bus takes approx 25 min & stops include Haymarket and Princes Street. It takes 15 min to drive to the City Centre & Edinburgh Airport, & a 12 min drive to Murrayfield stadium. Locally there’s 2 pubs, 2 restaurant & a Co-op.

There’s a bus stop within a 90 second walk from the front door that gets you to the Royal Mile within 25 minutes. The closest shops on foot are at Straiton Retail Park, a 20 minute walk. Neighbours have some ongoing construction. This shouldn’t disrupt your stay!

It lies two miles southwest of Edinburgh Castle in a leafy conservation area and is only a short bus ride from all major visitor attractions. Active guests love the 30min walk along the scenic Union Canal which takes them straight to the city centre.

There is a kitchenette suitable for light cooking, with hob, microwave, Nespresso, toaster, and washing machine.
