Private One Bedroom Downstairs Flat with Kitchen

This quiet and bright one bedroom flat is located in West Harbour and is downstairs from our main house and has sneaky views of the nearby estuary. It has one bedroom with queen size double bed, full kitchen, lounge, laundry and a private deck. Our preferred check-in times are between 2pm-8pm. Alternative arrangements may be made prior to date of arrival. For stays longer than a week, bedding and towels will be changed and the flat cleaned. This property is strictly non smoking/vaping.

The unit includes a king size bed, ensuite, kitchen and lounge. Dining could be outside in the private covered area, enjoying the peaceful birdsongs. Airport is 22km away, 30 to 50 min traffic dependent.

Central Auckland is only 25 mins drive away. The Punga studio is small, but with everything necessary for a comfortable stay.
