During any sort of winter weather, 4WD or snow tires are advised to get you safely in and out of the neighborhood. Welcome to your private guest cottage, right in the heart of North Idaho! We are only 2 miles from Lake Hayden, and 6 miles to downtown Coeur d'Alene! We are also only 11 mile from Silverwood! We offer a beautiful space, complete with 2 bedrooms, a short loft for kids, a full bathroom, and a large kitchen with all new appliances! We have blazing fast internet and a desk area for those who are working while on the road, as well as a large parking area if you have more than 1 vehicle with you.

Oversized tub/shower, quartz countertops, microwave, mini fridge, toaster, & Keurig coffee maker. Separated private entrance & patio w self check-in & parking on far side of my home on nearly an acre. Only 1 shared wall is with my Boat garage. Close to Honeysuckle Beach & downtown.

Channa Acres: This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom 600 square-foot guest house is a “shouse” inside a pole barn. It is located in the back of our private forested 8-acre property. There is a covered parking garage, a large patio area with a BBQ, and a fire pit. No charge for pets provided they are well behaved. Always, fresh farm eggs will be provided for you! We are located 13 miles north of Coeur d' Alene, and 10 minutes from Silverwood.
