Bwthyn Gwaelod is a charming stone cottage - a former boat house then artists studio. The cottage itself has been sympathetically refurbished and sleeps 2 people in one double room. It is ideally situated : a peaceful location yet close to all amenities and just a minutes walk away from the shops and cafes, the harbour and the award winning beach. Snowdonia and the Mawwdach Estuary offering stunning scenery, walks and trails is on your doorstep. Barmouth offers something for everyone all year !

Shepherds Hut View

Our handcrafted shepherds hut is set in its own idyllic secluded spot along the Mawddach estuary opposite the Cader Idris mountain range offering total peace and tranquillity. It has an open plan living space with a lovely cosy double bed a well equipped kitchen, table and chairs plus an en suite shower room. Outside there is a sitting area with a fire-pit/BBQ and steps which lead down to your own path onto the estuary foreshore from where you are welcome to explore our many acres of land.

3-storey fisherman's cottage, with 3 bedrooms

Tucked away in Barmouth’s old town, a charming traditional fisherman’s cottage, ideally located in a quiet spot close to the harbour, beaches, shops, cafes and restaurants. Approached by passageways and a flight of shallow steps from the High Street, it is situated at the bottom of the old town, The Rock, a pedestrian-only warren of small cobbled lanes, fishermans’ cottages and even the old town jail. This has been a holiday let for many years - we loved staying here so much, we bought it!

The beach is less than a 2 minute walk away, with pubs, restaurants and ice cream not far from the door! The apartment comes with parking passes for 2 vehicles (car park just 2 mins away), that can also be used on long stay car parks across Gwynedd. We hope our guests love staying here as much as we do!

It’s one of just 4 apartments in a recently renovated Victorian building on the sea front. Ideally situated in the heart of Barmouth with parking outside, Sea Breeze has a double bedroom with a king size bed, a fully equipped kitchen area, and a good size lounge with a feature bay window and seating from which to enjoy the lovely views.

Gwenlli Shepherds Hut

Here is our newly completed shepherds Hut -Gwenlli a welsh name that depicts the view of Bardsey Island on the horizon. Situated in a peaceful corner of our field, nestled in the hills above the small village of Talybont in Snowdonia. Overlooking cardigan bay and boasting panaramic views from the Snowdon mountain range in the north to witnessing a memorable sunset over the Lleyn peninsula with a drink in your hand whilst relaxing in the easy to use electric jacuzzi hot tub.

This first floor Victorian apartment has a great view of Barmouth coast, it is comfortable and spacious for up to 4 people with typical high ceilings and decorative cast iron fire places. The lounge is 21ft by 14ft to the fire place. Free WiFi, Smart, Nano TV Alexa and DVD’s are available with a few books and a quiz game. The fully fitted kitchen also comes with an air fryer, washer/dryer and fridge/freezer. A tea towel and washing up liquid are provided.

Min-y-don Cottage : The perfect holiday base

Min-y-don cottage is a fully equipped traditional Welsh stone built cottage with double glazing and gas central heating. It retains it's original oak beams but has a full width staircase for easy access between floors. On the ground floor It has an open lounge-diner with a sofa bed whilst upstairs is a separate double bedroom and bathroom/toilet. The cottage comes with it's own private gated parking space. It's placed within seconds of all town amenities.

2a Cambrian Street

Welcome to 2a cambrian street, a small but quaint apartment in the heart of Barmouth. This one bedroom property has a kitchen come living room, small bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Suitable for a couple and dog for a perfect little getaway. All bedding and towels included. Directly in the centre of town, perfect to walk anywhere but just off the Main Street so no noise of an evening. Parking very close by for a minimum fee and free overnight.
