Enjoy a hot tub or time in the sauna, after a nice ride on kayaks. Two kayaks are for your use while you visit. Lincoln Lake goes right out into Lake Michigan. We offer Wi-Fi and a fully private kitchen, living room w/ TV, dining room, bedroom, and office. Ludington has a ton of wonderful things to do.

Built in 2023. Our A-Frame style home is located on thirty acres of maple, pine and sassafras rising out of a blanket of ferns set in the Manistee National Forest. Over a mile of well maintained hiking trail winds through the woods. This peaceful setting is only a 20-minute drive to downtown Ludington & Lake Michigan. Hosting adults only, no children or pets permitted inside the A, which is designed by a couple to create a perpetually quiet and relaxing place for other couples and ourselves.

Just steps from the Little Manistee River within a small fishing community is a northern Michigan getaway with the style of a lodge retreat, and the comforts of home. Host family and friends for billiards, board games, and conversation by the fireplace. Curl up on a big cushy chair, and look out at the river with a cup of coffee. The property is located on the historic Maple Wood Farm in rural Scottville. Outdoor opportunities located near the house include: Ludington State Park, Bike Trails, Pere Marquette river and many other fishing and outdoor recreation areas.
