Cottage on King

Cottage on King is situated in an historical part of East Fremantle's Plympton Ward. Our home is an original 1905 worker's cottage which has been renovated and extended. The rented space is part of the original cottage with my main residence connected to the back of the rented space. It is situated less than 100 metres from George Street cafe's, bars and restaurants and the Swan River. Close to the beach, public transport and Fremantle.

Private & Airy Garden Studio

The self contained studio is fresh and bright with a well appointed kitchen with microwave, gas cooktop and mini oven. Basic breakfast is supplied .The bathroom is compact with shower, heated towel rail & hairdryer.The studio has reverse cycle AC, internet, smart TV with Netflix. It is separate from the house and your privacy is ensured as a 1.8m fence divides the two. There is your own sitting area in front of the studio with BBQ.

Modern apartment close to Fremantle

Enjoy modern apartment living in a relaxed and stylish space. The apartment with a garden courtyard is on the ground floor with access through a coded complex. Located in a quiet location, shopping/food is just a 2-3 min drive, the beach is 6-7 min drive away, and a park is within a short walking distance. There is a bus stop 1 min walk away which heads directly to Fremantle. Check-in is from 3pm and Check-out is by 10am.

This unit is comfortable, air conditioned & fully self contained, private deck & garden. Car park is at the front of the property. Your unit is through a gate and down a slightly sloped mulch pathway. 10 min drive to South Beach, 10 min to Fremantle, 13 mins to Murdoch University and to Fiona Stanley Hospital. Bus route to the city (via the train station) is a couple of minute's walk away.
