The cozy cottage can accommodate 4 adults & 4 children with a queen size bed, a sleeper sofa in the living room, plus an overhead loft area with two full mattresses for the kids. These rentals come fully furnished with a private bathroom, linens for the downstairs, air conditioning, TV, and a kitchen with full appliances. Outside is a covered porch with four chairs, plus a charcoal grill and picnic table. ***Linens are not provided for 30+ night stays, a monthly linen bundle may be purchased***

This tiny house is the perfect spot to relax under the Texas sky surrounded by live oaks and wildlife. Located 10 miles off I-35 in the Hill Country where you can spend time tubing the river, playing at Schlitterbahn, antiquing in Gruene or the day in Austin or San Antonio, about an hour away.
