Apartments Smile are situated in a family house and consist of 3 apartments on the ground and the 2nd floor. The guests also have a garden at their disposal, as well as an outdoor, roofed terrace with a dining area. Cyclists have at their disposal storage for their bikes during the night. Dogs are allowed, with an additional cost of €10 per day (payment at the accommodation).

Villa Maria is cozy house situated on the top of the hill. Villa was built in 1781 and completely renovated in 2011. It is standing like a cloud above the famous Motovun forest and Mirna valley. Bolara 60, the Kućica: stone cottage near Grožnjan

Bolara 60 is a traditional Istrian stone farmhouse near the medieval hilltop town of Grožnjan. The Kućica (cottage) is a self-contained, fully furnished house with its own kitchen and terrace. It's next door to our home and small guesthouse (the Kuća), and near a farm where our neighbours make olive oil and wine, but otherwise there are no houses around. It's very green and peaceful here, with views into the Mirna valley, and deer, birds and butterflies all around.
