Apartments Smile are located in the picturesque town of Grožnjan, 15 km away from Novigrad or 20 km away from Umag. Apartments Smile are situated in a family house and consist of 3 apartments on the ground and the 2nd floor. The guests also have a garden at their disposal, as well as an outdoor, roofed terrace with a dining area. Cyclists have at their disposal storage for their bikes during the night. Dogs are allowed, with an additional cost of €10 per day (payment at the accommodation).

Our apartment is stone house on two levels brimming with character and restored with respect for its innate simplicity. All rooms are furnished to excellent standard, in an elegant country style with original beds. House contains 3 bedrooms and each has a bathroom with shower. Villa Maria is cozy house situated on the top of the hill. Villa was built in 1781 and completely renovated in 2011. It is standing like a cloud above the famous Motovun forest and Mirna valley. It has an uninterrupted view over the Motovun Forest and medieval town of Motovun (today well known for film festival all over the world). The house´s view can just take your breath away. With in the villas property there are: vineyards, more than 30 fruits and over the 200 olives tree.

You can enjoy observing sun rises and sun sets, together with delicious local food & wine... and simply relax. Or, you can choose more active stay while exploring neighborhood walking on food paths all arround, cycling or running. Your stay will be very calm as your holidays should be. Also, our stay is just 15 min drive to Coast and city centres.

Bolara 60, the Kućica: stone cottage near Grožnjan

Bolara 60 is a traditional Istrian stone farmhouse near the medieval hilltop town of Grožnjan. The Kućica (cottage) is a self-contained, fully furnished house with its own kitchen and terrace. It's next door to our home and small guesthouse (the Kuća), and near a farm where our neighbours make olive oil and wine, but otherwise there are no houses around. It's very green and peaceful here, with views into the Mirna valley, and deer, birds and butterflies all around.

The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk. It consists of a living room, bedroom, a dining room, two bathrooms, kitchen, sauna, open space lounge, terrace, a surrounding garden and a car parking. Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.

The View Residence in Motovun offers a spacious, recently renovated apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The living room features a sofa bed and a dining area with a table.
