Be immersed in the peace and quiet of a Tuscan olive orchard by staying in this stone farmhouse which features traditional architectural elements such as terra cotta floors, vaulted ceilings, and original wood fixtures. Dive into the plunge pool with sweeping views of the Mediterranean Sea. For adventurous travelers who will appreciate the 10-minute panoramic walk to the house (we will transport your luggage and groceries by tractor). The magical view of the world below with the coast on the horizon which can be enjoyed from every room of the house and from the entire olive orchard with its walking paths and plunge pool with waterfall. Being a pedestrian village, Metato is quiet and peaceful. Yet, the beach and many great places to visit are a short drive away- Pisa, Florence, Lucca, the marble quarries of Cararra, Pietrasanta, Viareggio.... Guests have exclusive access to the pool and property. Metato is a friendly litttle village in the hills overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. There is a quaint family-run restaurant in the village that serves local homemade dishes at a very reasonable price. Our pedestrian village tends to attract kind people in search of peace and quiet and a proximity with nature. Time seems to go by more slowly here. It is a perfect base for families who want to explore Tuscany and the beaches of the Versilia coast. The home is in a beautiful, quiet location on a hill surrounded by olive orchards and vineyards just a 10-minute walk from the parking lot. Explore the medieval village of Metato where fireflies and breathtaking views await. Take an invigorating hike or head to the beaches a short drive away. There is a parking lot at the base of the village where you can park the car. The village itself is pedestrian but I am happy to greet guests at the parking lot on their arrival to transport their luggage, groceries and whoever wants to ride to the house with my little Italian tractor! The nearest airport is Pisa (45-minutes by car). All the major car rental places can be found there. The nearest train station is Viareggio.

Infinity è a strapiombo sul mare, con una vista mozzafiato che potete godervi sia dal balcone che da letto. Nelle giornate più limpide potrete perfino vedere meduse e pesci che nuotano in mare! La casina di mezzo - Tiny House

La casina di mezzo è un piccolo gioiello in stile rustico, in un tipico borgo toscano immerso nel verde. Una tiny house di circa 30mq con doppio affaccio all'esterno (sul fronte un grande giardino condiviso con noi, sul retro una corte privata, fresca e ombreggiata). La casina di mezzo è relax, tranquillità, natura, una bella vista sul Monte Gabberi, e perchè no? Anche amicizia. Un luogo dove poter condividere oppure rimanere in pace, all'ombra degli ulivi o sul divano con un buon libro.

Cima alle Selve

Cari ospiti, noi siamo Massimo e Roberta, abbiamo acquistato recentemente questo casolare risalente al 1800, circondato da castagni, vicino al paese di Pruno. Se volete immergervi nella natura questo è il luogo che fa per voi, troverete silenzio e tranquillità. Arriverete con l'auto in questa oasi di pace, accolti dall'ampia terrazza dove godrete del sole tutto il giorno, per finire ammirando il tramonto. Entrando il salottino con il camino d'inverno è molto intimo per leggere un libro .

La Libellula

La casa è situata a Montebello a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro storico di Camaiore. Con i suoi caffè, ristoranti , negozi puoi fare delle belle passeggiate a piedi o in mountainbike lungo la via Francigena o lungo i sentieri delle colline camaioresi. La casa è completa di lavastoviglie ,microonde televisore . Bagno con doccia. Dietro la casa passando da un vialetto in comune piccolo giardino privato con sedie e tavoli Parcheggio a 200 mt gratuito. Tassa di soggiorno da pagare in loco

Located on the first floor of a recently renovated building, the apartment is completely new, bright and airy, thanks to its terrace. At the centre of Lido di Camaiore, it allows maximum comfort for all services such as: supermarket, bakery, household items, gastronomy, pharmacy, lounge bar, restaurants and bike rental.

VILLA GIOMA - Rustico completamente ristrutturato

Charming rustic located on top of a private hill, complete remodeled in 2023 with private infinity pool surrounded by nature. The farmhouse has comfortable outdoor spaces where you can eat and relax in front of a breathtaking view. The whole house is equipped with air conditioning and each bedroom has a private bathroom. We charge an additional cost of 30€ per day for utilities to be paid at check in.

Borgometato - Oliveta

There is a place a few steps away from the famous VERSILIA (Tuscany) called BORGOMETATO. Here various structures have been designed by the Architect Stefano Viviani, who has realized In each of them, a very refined style respectful to the place. Il Borgo di Metato is surrounded by olive trees, lots of green spaces and there are some donkeys for the joy of children. OLIVETA is part of this place.
