Chazy Boat ramp is 500 feet from the house so do not hesitate to bring your boat. You can enjoy the beautiful sunset outside or from the veranda or decide to stay cozy by the fireplace inside. Clean, clear water on the main part of Lake Champlain, new aluminum dock too!

The bay is quiet, perfect for paddle boarding and also home to some of the best bass fishing in the country. The patio has a built in fire pit, perfect for s'more making.
