Apartman Stina is a brend new studio apartment, situated on island Hvar in peaceful small town Sveta Nedelja, 39 km from Hvar. Beach is just in front of the apartment. It offers a big garden, barbecue facilities and a terrace with astonishing sea view. The apartment is located on the ground floor under terrace and garden and has 1 bedroom, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a fully equipped kitchen that provides guests with a microwave, a fridge, a washing machine and a stovetop.

Kuća se nalazi odmaknuta od glavne prometnice. Parking je privatni i odmaknut je od kuće oko 50 metara zračne linije. Inače normalnom cestom od parkinga do apartmana je oko 270 metara. Kod dolaska nije moguće doći autom skroz do vile, nego se moguće zaustaviti autom oko 30 metara od vile, izbaciti stvari i odvesti auto na parking. Krasan pogled sa balkona na mjesto i more. Komuniciramo sa gostima na češkom, slovačkom, engleskom i njemačkom jeziku. Nije za goste sa poteškoćama u kretanju!

Lokacija je idealna za istraživanje zanimljivih atrakcija u blizini (Baćinska jezera - 500m, Ušće Neretve -10 km, poluotok Pelješac, otok Mljet National park- 50 km, Split - 100 km, Dubrovnik- 100 km, Međugorje -40 km itd.) Osigurano besplatno parkirno mjesto ispred apartmana. Plaža, kafić i mala trgovina udaljene su 100 m od apartmana.

U prizemlju zgrade nalaze se kafići i restorani koji nude jelovnike sa svježim namirnicama. Plaža, trajektna luka, pošta i dom zdravlja nalaze se samo nekoliko koraka dalje. Ušće Neretve, kao i najbolje plaže makarske rivijere udaljene su samo nekoliko minuta automobilom. Stan je novouređen i nalazi se na 8. katu zgrade opremljene dizalom. Besplatan wi-fi velike brzine.
