Dear guests, we are happy to accommodate you and you are very welcome in our charming 3 star luxury Villa DOEL with heated outdoor swimming pool. In a Villa's ground floor is located 27 m² Studio in a peaceful suburb of the town of Zadar, only 80 meters far from the sea. It is approximately 20 minutes away from the town center in walking distance (some 1200 m), and in only 5 minutes in a pleasant walk by the seaside you will arrive to the largest beach of the town of Zadar, called Uskok.

Private parking, jacuzzi, barbecue and heated swimming pool are available to our guests. Near the accommodation there is a restaurant and a supermarket. From the terrace you can enjoy the beautiful view and the sunset.

The resort also includes a restaurant and reception. Possibility to rent a jacuzzi on the roof terrace, massages, etc. ​
