The nearest beach is 5 min away on foot.

It spreads on two floors with open space kitchen, dining and living room, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. In the garden there is a private swimming pool, heated in April, May, June, September and October. The house is situated in the very centre of the small village of Pinezići, 700 meters from the beach.

Holiday house "Iva" is located in an isolated place on the end of the village, offering a magnificent view of the sea,only30 m away. Seaview offers from all bedrooms. The house has a large terrace, also with sea views.The house has air conditioning on the ground floor, where the kitchen, living room, and one bedroom are located. The two bedrooms upstairs are equipped with fans instead of air conditioning. As the house is quite old, it may become warm inside during very hot summer days.

Smještaj uključuje ograđeno dvorište s vrtom i besplatnim parkingom te prostorom za sunčanje i roštiljanje. Jedinica uključuje sobu sa televizijom i klima uređajem, odvojenu kupaonicu i kuhinju sa perilicom posuđa, mikrovalnom pećnicom, kuhalom za vodu i ostalim kuhinjskim priborom. ONLY registered guests may be on the premisis, it is against regulations to have unregistered guests present.
