Apartment Rikardo is located in Martinšćica- a small coastal village on the west side of the island of Cres. The village was first formed around St. Martins church, right behind St. Geronimos church and monastery, built in 1479 at the coast. Apartment can accommodate two or three persons and is located in center, in the historical part of village called Kaštel. Parking place is free (50 m from apt). Near apt are lots of pebble beaches (walking distance 2 min) and the clearest sea on the island!

Villa Aurum with sauna and gym

This villa surrounded by greenery and offers a breathtaking view of the Adriatic Sea. The 50 m² pool is filled with salt water. On the ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen, living room and two bedrooms with bathrooms. The living room leads to a beautiful terrace. There is also a summer kitchen and a barbecue area. A bedroom with bathroom, a sauna and a dressing room are on the first floor. It also has a gallery with exercise machines and table football. The villa offers two garage spaces.

Amorino Cres - Old Town House

Amorino Cres - Old Town House nalazi se u samoj srednjovjekovnoj pješačkoj jezgri grada Cresa, pitoresknom dijelu kamenih kuća u nizu isprepletenim malim uskim uličicama "klančićima" koji daju posebni šarm boravku. Smještaj uključuje ograđeno dvorište s vrtom i besplatnim parkingom te prostorom za sunčanje i roštiljanje. Jedinica uključuje sobu sa televizijom i klima uređajem, 2 odvojene kupaonice i kuhinju sa perilicom posuđa, mikrovalnom pećnicom, kuhalom za vodu i ostalim kuhinjskim priborom. The nearest beach is 10 min away on foot. Free private parking space is available from 01.01.-15.06. and 20.9.-31.12. (7 min away on foot from the apartment) and reservation is needed.
