Cosy, clean, quiet and spacious 2 bedroom garden apartment with separate lounge, kitchen and bathroom, with every amenity for a great stay. Large paved patio with barbecue and outdoor furniture and views over the acre of permaculture garden. Adults and children over 13 only (garden safety issues). Two mins walk to Locals cafe, 2 mins drive to takeaways/bars, 5 mins drive to centre of town, coastal walkway, galleries, and museum. Ten mins drive to Pukekura park for Womad and Bowl concerts.

Soak up the hustle and bustle of the Naki culture -escape to the seaside (5 mins walk to the Aquatic Centre or Walkway,) 7 mins stroll to the famous Len Lye Gallery and amazing cafes and bars such as Monicas, Ozone or Ms Whites. Completely renovated with all that you need for a fabulous stay. Sea and mountain views. We are still painting the exterior so the outside is slowly changing to grey.

Grandma's Cottage is little, quaint and cosy. The Cottage, with its own entrance has one bedroom and bathroom . One street away from the wonderful Coastal walkway, why wouldn't you stay here ! Walk along the walkway into Town where there are numerous Cafe's, Restaurants, Shops, Puke Ariki, Govett-Brewster Art Gallery / Len Lye Centre, all well worth a visit. Pukekura Park and TSB Bowl of Brooklands, (Where the famous World Festival, Womad is held in March) all are only a pleasant walk away.

Cosy by the Sea

We offer you a private, warm, small quiet space neatly contained on the ground floor of our family home. Our quiet street sits right above the ocean where you can hear the lapping waves of the Tasman sea from your private courtyard, and have unlimited views out to the horizon. You'll want a camera for the sunsets. The entrance to the room is separate from the entrance to our house, so one has complete privacy. We offer modern bicycles for guest use at the cost of $20 per day, per bike.

'Listowel' on Tukapa

Listowel is a cosy, little cottage nestled amongst lush tropical flora, and a salt water swimming pool... simply stunning on a hot summers day. Our guests are able to take the opportunity to slow down and relax in their own private patio, where they are free to enjoy a nice beverage at the end of the day. Welcome to the Heart of Brooklands. We are located a 2 minute walk from the gates of the Bowl of Brooklands. Perfect for attending concerts, Festival of the Lights, WOMAD or for just roaming around Brooklands and Pukekura Parks. New Plymouth City is a short 5 minute drive away or a 20 minute walk through the park to the CBD. Guests have secure onsite parking on the premise. We provide a quiet newly built studio securely positioned to maximise privacy from the family home.

It’s on the beachfront at East End Beach -a short stroll along the walkway into town for the best shops, cafes, bars & tourist attractions. Available for bed & breakfast stays & function hire ie wedding ceremonies. A romantic oasis cosy & private with many activities on your doorstep. Pls note we no longer hold wedding ceremonies at Little Church Bay 2 night min.

This self-contained unit is located less than a 10 min walk from New Plymouth town and costal walkway. It boasts a warm cosy space with all the amenities you need. It has a separate entrance from the main home allowing for more privacy with its own bathroom and kitchenette (with microwave, two elements, fridge, kettle and toaster). There is plenty of free street parking as well as a single car parking space next to the airbnb (for small cars only).

This recently redecorated two bedroom apartment (sorry, not suitable for small children) is 3-4 minutes walk to the magnificent Pukekura Park, and 1-2 minutes walk to shops and takeaways. 1km to CBD and 1.5km to coastal walkway. Down a short right-of-way, with no road noise, this apartment would suit a couple or two individuals. You will love this location and the private section. No cleaning charge.
