'The Duke' Western Space on the River

'The Duke' is a John Wayne inspired western themed space perfect for a quiet getaway to Ruidoso and located on the main road into town. This is the downstairs to our primary home that we have converted to 'The Duke' with John Wayne western décor, comfortable living room with mini fridge, microwave and coffee. Don't forget to peek into the kid friendly 'cupboard under the stairs' Harry Potter inspired closet. Relax each day on the 6' by 40' covered deck listening to the Rio Ruidoso river below

Beautiful 2 story 2 bed 2 bath cabin has an AMAZING unobstructed view of Sierra Blanca Mountain, and sits perched high among the pines in an attractive neighborhood. Two queen bedrooms, full kitchen, beautiful red efficient fireplace, heating and cooling, large windows from den area facing the mountains. WiFi, TV w/DVD player and Roku upstairs, and smaller Roku TV downstairs. **Since the June 2024 fire, cabin is intact - please see updated added pic titled "New landscape view after June 2024"**

Lots of hiking areas nearby. Studio style, level entry, open floor plan w/ a SMALL loft, perfect for kids to play. Sleeps up to 6. One bathroom w/ double sink. Kitchenette has fridge & microwave, no stove. Beautiful views w/private access to Bonito River right off deck.This area doesn’t flood. Covered area for parking.

Kick back and relax in this stylish 1961 2 bedroom, one bathroom cottage. Our cute cottage has been restored with many cool updates including a farmhouse sink with black wood floors in the upper bedroom and kitchen. The bathroom has subway tile and a lot of wood accents. It has been updated with central air conditioning and heat. We also added a side deck with a private hot tub. The place is an amazing get away. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do. Must be 25 years old to rent. No pets.

Enchanted Nook is Great place to view the stars, enjoy Birds, Wild Horses, Deer and Elk when they pass by. enjoy the clean fresh air on the back deck looking at our mountains. Lincoln, NM known territory of Billy the Kid, and a perfect Wild West experience. Between the shops, museums, historical monuments and local brewery, this town is the quiet escape you have been searching for. Enjoy our little casita perfectly located just off US 380. Sit next to the warmth of a wood burning stove in the winter, or enjoy cool evening throughout the summer. Hiking, skiing, racetrack and casino are all nearby. Ruidoso is about a 35 minute drive from Casa de Luna.
