Craigiehall Temple (historic property built 1759)

Brewlands Cottage is a cosy and characterful 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom cottage in the historic market town of Dalkeith, just 6 miles from Edinburgh. Central Edinburgh can be reached on foot/train in 45 mins. Built in 1820, it has been lovingly furnished to create a warm home-from-home. With parking for two cars, a sociable open-plan kitchen, dining and living space, and three comfortable double bedrooms set across three floors, it's the perfect base for families, friends, and Edinburgh adventures.

Our peaceful cottage is located at the bottom of our garden, reached by a private lane less than 200 yards from the centre of Haddington. Haddington is a historic market town 20 miles east of Edinburgh and has good public transport to the city. Located in East Lothian and 20 minutes drive to the many beaches and golf courses. There are several restaurants, pubs and coffee shops within an easy stroll. The cottage is self-contained with private parking in a relaxed, quiet setting.

Mary Queen of Scot's chamber at Neidpath Castle is perhaps the most romantic place to stay in the Scottish Borders. Explore privately the whole castle and then retire to enjoy your suite rooms. The antique four poster bed, deep roll top bath and open fire evoke earlier times, but are truly comfortable and luxurious. An elegant table is set for breakfast. Peebles is 10 minutes walk away, with a host of shops and restaurants, as well as a museum and award winning chocolatier.

Beautiful, quaint 16th century cottage, lovingly restored as a dedicated holiday cottage. Located in the heart of an old farm guests can enjoy peace and quiet, beautiful views and owners on site. The cottage has benefited from a complete refurb in 2020 and an enclosed private garden. We sit directly on the river bank and walkway to Haddington and East Linton and a bus link directly into Edinburgh in 45 mins. We are around 15mins drive to the coast and North Berwick.

Westerham is a comfortable, spacious 4 bedroom family home benefiting from a large private garden and private off-street parking area situated in the sought after west side of North Berwick. Outside there is a large mature garden with seating and open views towards the Firth of Forth. Westerham is within easy reach of the train station, beaches, golf courses and High Street with its excellent selection of independent shops, bars and restaurants.

Whether you want to be active or just relax, Howden Cottage is a great base to enjoy all the delights of East Lothian. If you want a trip to Edinburgh it's about a 45 minute drive or you can drive to the local station - about 8 minutes away and take the train which is 25 minutes. Parking at the station is free.

A stunning Lodge only 20 minutes from Edinburgh by train. Full of colour and character set in large gardens overlooking the nearby golf course to the sea beyond. The beautiful garden with small orchard and large area of decking is ideal for enjoying a BBQ with family or friends on a summer's evening. 4 minutes walk to the beach and 1 minute to the golf course, (10% discount on green fees at local golf course for our guests).
