When booking our home you will get a conveniently located simple place to unwind. This home is a 3 bedroom 1 bath house located 12 minutes to Lee University, 40 minutes to the Ocoee White Water center, 35 minutes to downtown Chattanooga, 1 hour to Blue Ridge, GA. There is an air conditioned sunroom with a TV and a back deck as well as a fire pit for outdoor entertainment. You will find an open concept and spacious home with a fully fenced in back yard as well as waters and snacks upon arrival.

The Hepburn House

The Hepburn House, a charming one bedroom several blocks from Lee, is a short walk to the Greenway, coffee, bakery, and shops. 20 minutes from the Ocoee River, you're near Class IV whitewater for rafting, hiking, beautiful gorge drives and more! The HH is uniquely decorated for comfort and warmth. Our fully equipped kitchen provides all that you need should you forego dining at the best local restaurants less than 1 mile away.

The Cabin

Our cabin is fully furnished with two bedrooms, a open loft, two full bathrooms and a half bath, kitchen, laundry room, and a full basement on 9+ acres. The driveway is approximately 300 feet from boat ramp access to the Tennessee River. There’s also a separate covered shed for a boat and/or parking. There are lots of indoor and outdoor games, a grill for outdoor cooking, two fire pits, a large deck, a nature observation tower, 2 kayaks and a canoe, and a variety of swings to enjoy.

These girls can’t wait to serve up farm-fresh eggs every morning! You’ll love the front porch swing as as you take in the tranquility of nature and the playful antics of my goats and their guardian dog, a Great Pyrenees named Sampson, who happily lives with his 8 friends….Mable, Callie, Mama, Fluffy, Billy, Blanche, Rose, & Dorothy.

Your loft suite is 100% private with your own drive up entrance. This is a one room suite with a lovely bathroom with a deep soaking tub. Enjoy your own mini split HVAC.
