What started as a love for animals, soon grew into a love for hosting, hospitality, and watching the face of a child light up as they see a goat eye to eye for the first time! The Rockholt River house is one level sitting on 2 level acres with a fenced back yard on the beautiful Hiwassee River in Georgetown, TN with its own Dock! Our home is located in a quiet, family friendly neighborhood. Best of small town river life with all conveniences like Wifi. Boat ramp at house is not useable however a Public Boat Ramp (Hwy 58) is less than a mile away . Bring your Boat and Floats for some relaxation!

The Cabin

Our cabin is fully furnished with two bedrooms, a open loft, two full bathrooms and a half bath, kitchen, laundry room, and a full basement on 9+ acres. The driveway is approximately 300 feet from boat ramp access to the Tennessee River. There’s also a separate covered shed for a boat and/or parking. There are lots of indoor and outdoor games, a grill for outdoor cooking, two fire pits, a large deck, a nature observation tower, 2 kayaks and a canoe, and a variety of swings to enjoy.

It is close to everything , like Lee University (8 mins), OCI (3mins), Ocoee River (21mins), YMCA (5mins), restaurant and shopping stores. As you wake up in the morning you will feel good vibe of the day as each room is facing the east (meaning where the sun arises), we also have a nice patio at the back where you can seat in our sling chair.
