E' panoramicissima dai giardini, che da tutte le stanze, con vista meravigliosa su Capri, la costiera Sorrentina. E' ubicata in una zona molto centrale e prestigiosa, a 200 metri da Via dei Mille con i negozi più importanti della città, e distante 300 metri dalla Metropolitana, linea 2, e dalla Cumana che portano al famoso centro storico, ricco di arte e cultura.

This elegant villa is in Posillipo district close to sea. The rooms have a balcony with a wonderful view on Gulf of Naples and Vesuvius vulcan. Nearby there are many beaches (Riva Fiorita, Bagno Elena, Discesa Gaiola, Marechiaro). Some of them are public and other private.
