Marked bike routes are just at your doorstep. The floor heating and radiators have just been installed so it is very warm in the winter.

Villa GreenBlue je moderna i luksuzno namještena kuća za odmor sa bazenom smještena na mirnoj lokaciji svega 2 km od centra Poreča te isto toliko od mora. Kuća se nalazi na osami, okružena je livadom i šumom iz koje će na livadu nerijetko "navratiti" njeni znatiželjni stanovnici, srne i divlji zečevi. Villa Costa for 4 persons consists of a living room with a sofa bed for two children, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with en-suite bathroom, another bedroom and another bathroom. NOTE: There are also 2 separate holiday apartments in the building, which have separate, completely independent entrances. The 2 holiday apartments do not use the pool and garden of Villa Costa and are rented separately.
