The studio is on the 2nd floor of a gorgeous, traditional Tyrolean house, adjacent to a babbling brook, a horse farm and surrounded by a beautiful garden- and with all modern day amenities. Zu beiden Seiten der Wohnung kann man ins Freie auf die Terrassen gehen und so die Morgen- oder Abendsonne genießen. Im Schlafzimmer kann gerne noch ein Kinderbett hineingestellt werden. Die geräumige Wohnküche ist voll ausgestattet. Das Bauernhaus befindet sich in Alleinlage direkt am Wanderweg und nächtens hört man nur die Grillen zirben.

Unser Haus liegt sonnig und ruhig am Waldrand in Ellmau. Sie können direkt vom Haus in die Pisten des SkiWelt einsteigen. Die Wohnung ist 30 m2 und befindet sich im Erdgeschoß. Hier sind Hunde bis zu einer mittleren Größe (bis 50 cm und bis 30kg) erlaubt. In dieser Wohnung im Erdgeschoß finden auf einer Fläche von ca. 30 m2 bis zu 4 Personen Platz. Eine freundliche und ansprechende Einrichtung machen auch einen längeren Aufenthalt zu einem angenehmen Erlebnis.
