The property abuts the Rattlesnake Hills. immediately behind the home. There are several world class wineries and may outdoor activities within minutes of the home. Guests are welcome to hike, bike and walk the farm property.

Stroll to and through the lovely campus of CWU, and on your way, explore our coffee shops, bookstores, and restaurants. The character of our 100-year-old house will prove perfect in its imperfections because the wrinkles reveal life, love, and longevity. Relax on the front porch, soak in one of the clawfoot tubs, or cozy up in front of the fireplace; this is the idyllic small-town getaway.

The Tumbleweed House

The former art studio of Louis Kollmeyer still holds the artist's charm and creativity but updated for your stay in our rodeo city. Tumbleweed House aims to share with you the creative and western roots of Ellensburg. With multiple sleeping options, this can be a cozy getaway for two, a family retreat or a place to hang with friends. There's a fully outfitted kitchen and a washer/dryer for longer stays.
