Private Annex in Edinburgh's Corstorphine

Our beautiful Annex is your own private space, attached to our family home. Set in the heart of Edinburgh's historic Corstorphine; to the West of the city centre. With great bus links to the city centre, Edinburgh Zoo, Murrayfield Stadium, and Edinburgh Airport. The Annex is peaceful, despite being close to all the amenities Corstorphine has to offer (think lovely independent cafes, restaurants and shops!) A fantastic base to explore Edinburgh and beyond. Tourist tax is included in price!

Guest suite near Botanic Gardens -own entrance

The room is self contained with its own entrance, within a Listed Georgian townhouse built in 1810 in a quiet residential street at the foot of the Historic New Town. It has a bedroom with a double bed and memory foam mattress , WIFI and a separate shower room. We are a short walk from Princes Street,the Old Town,the Botanic Gardens and Stockbridge with its restaurants and thrift shops and Broughton with its trendy bars and shops. Lovely Guest Suite, Balerno Sleeps 2 Self Catering

Our guest suite is in a quiet residential area in Balerno; a village at the foot of the scenic Pentland Hills. A beautiful spot for walkers and nature lovers. To visit the city take a 25 minute car drive or the 44 Lothian bus at the end of the road for a 45 min bus ride to Edinburgh City Centre. Complimentary milk, coffee, tea and sugar plus cereal for your first breakfast. Shops, restaurants, bars, cafe & takeaways within a short walk. A parking spot on the drive is available on request.

Stunning Edinburgh 1820s stables converted studio

The Green sits within Ratho Park Steading: a stunning Scottish courtyard stable (built 1826; converted 2021). It borders Ratho Park Golf club (area of outstanding beauty), a walk from the heart of Ratho village, 8miles from Edinburgh centre. Rooms are stylishly furnished (with wifi), and proudly eco-friendly (ground source heated). Our guest suite is ideal for one person or a couple. Its central location will appeal to people who want the full Edinburgh experience, but who also want somewhere quiet to come back to that has all the facilities of a modern apartment. It is also an ideal space for those planning on leisure time, or meeting friends/family, but who also need to spend some time working. The bright, airy and tranquil setting, with a table, comfortable sofa and ultrafast Wi-Fi will suit their needs perfectly.

Little Linton

****Edinburgh council have added a visitor tax as of July 2026 so I will need to increase my nightly fee to account for this! Situated in the peaceful and leafy Colinton Village, we have an annex attached to our house for your stay with your own entrance. We feel it offers country views out to the Pentland hills yet we are easily accessible to the airport and centre of town. We have a double bedroom and small sitting room and private bathroom for your stay. Tea, coffee and toaster provided.

Edinburgh Haven - a little bolthole in the city.

Enjoy a stylish experience at our studio space - king sized bed, en-suite shower room, tv with Netflix, small kitchen sink & food prep area, fridge, microwave that’s also an oven.There’s even a 2 seat dining table. This architect-designed studio with its own access is self-contained & has everything quiet discerning travellers would expect to enjoy on a visit whether for work, leisure or to visit family. It has WiFi & independently controlled heating. City centre 15 to 20 minutes on bus.

Lovely Guest Suite in Central Edinburgh

Beautifully furnished one-bedroom guest suite in a central, but quiet, location and within walking distance of most tourist attractions - also a good bus service is nearby. The guest suite is a real home from home - comfortable for up to three people. It is part of my home but is a private space. As I live in the same building, I am available if you need help or advice. PARKING: you MUST let me know if you plan to bring a car BEFORE booking. The available parking won't suit everyone.

Spacious, self-contained annex near Edinburgh

Barleydean Suite is situated in a private annex in a country house. At the edge of the Pentland Hills, you can hike from your front door, wander to the local pub or take a bus to Edinburgh. The suite has private access for guests. It has 1 bedroom with a super king-size bed for 2 guests. Up to 2 foldaway single beds can be provided on request. Maximum occupancy is 4 people. There is a kitchenette suitable for light cooking, with hob, microwave, Nespresso, toaster, and washing machine.

Super central EH1 and self contained

Central Edinburgh EH1 self contained bedroom with either 2 twin or 1 king bed. Cozy bright room with private en suite power shower. A varied selection of free drinks such as tea , coffee, still and sparkling water, snacks, breakfast bars crisps and biscuits provided in your room. 10 mins walk to Princes St, tram for airport, main train and bus station. Parking space at door available for small fee please ask. Fridge and microwave in room. Visitors travelling to UK require a passport.

The Edinburrow

The Edinburrow is in a Basement suite in the New Town City Centre of Edinburgh. Minutes walking distance to train, tram & all Edinburgh attractions. It offers your own private entrance & wee basement courtyard which leads down to a double bedroom, through to a hallway with a twin bedroom with 2 small doubles & a large bathroom. There is no kitchen but a small snug with chairs & table, fridge, nespresso coffee machine, kettle and cups & glasses. Tea & coffee pods are provided.

Private en-suite room, self check in (no contact)

Our elegant room is the perfect place to stay when visiting Edinburgh. There is a comfy double bed and a beautiful en-suite, secluded from the main house; with a small peaceful garden area and a private entrance. Based in the quiet suburb of Blackhall, we are only a couple of miles from the city centre - with dozens of express buses on a few minutes walk from the house; whilst at the same time ideally situated for journeys to and from the airport.
