Upside down stone Bothy on Marsden Moor

Long Fall Bothy is a gorgeous stone building on the outskirts of Marsden village in West Yorkshire. Perfect for a walking holiday, the Kirklees Way passes the property and the Pennine Way, Oldham Way are close by. A great place for mountain biking with the Transpennine Trail a few miles away and lots of cycle paths/trails on your doorstep. Local real ale pubs and plenty of cafes in Marsden village a short walk (15 minutes) along the canal. Beautiful scenery, views from the cottage are amazing.

Welcome to our stone cottage built in the 1700's with modern amenities including our spacious hot tub. Situated in the heart of the peak district, close by to Castleton, Edale, Buxton, & Tideswell. The cottage is situated in Peak forest, within close proximity to the village pub, less than half a mile. The cottage has 2 double rooms, 1 bathroom, at downstairs toilet, a dining room & a living room equipped with a log burner. Both bedrooms & living rooms have TV's hooked up with available apps.

The setting of this cosy small detached cottage is beautiful and you feel quite secluded, yet the village of Edale is 1 minute walk away. From here you can enjoy the countryside by walking or biking, short or longer routes. A folder in the cottage has a selection of maps, which you are welcome to use and choose a route straight from the door. Harry Eyre Cottage, at Spring House Farm, is a super dog friendly cottage in a beautiful location near the Peak District village of Castleton. An ideal location for walking or sight-seeing in the Peaks this two bedroom (1 double, 1 twin), two bathroom cottage has its own private secluded & enclosed garden (perfect for dogs, max two pls!). The cottage is fully equipped with everything you might need including a wood burner and excellent wi-fi. It is located a 15 minute walk from Castleton.

A beautiful self-catering cottage in a Victorian Shooting Lodge at start of the Pennine Way, on a private working farm in the High Peak. Surrounded by open access national park moorland and meadows. Just down the lane is Edale village with its pubs, cafes, national park visitor centre and train station (connecting Sheffield and Manchester).

Castleton Stunning Peak Cavern Gorge Location

Torside is the closest dwelling to Peak Cavern in the stunning and 'other worldly' Peak Cavern Gorge. The Gorge is a SSSI and one of the Seven Wonders of the Peak. A further three renowned show caverns, 7 pubs, cafes and shops are within walking distance. The scenery is dramatic and ever changing as the weather rolls in over Mam Tor from the West. Temperature inversions create outstanding conditions for photography. The cottage is vernacular and decorated to English Heritage standards.

Cave End Cottage is over 300 years old and is our much loved second home. Many original features remain including wobbly walls, wooden beams and a beautiful, large fireplace. It's perfectly located in Castleton at the bottom of Cavedale, a picturesque valley below Peveril Castle. Its central location in the village means it's close to all attractions, shops, pubs and restaurants. Equipped to accommodate all your needs the property's also on a dead-end so there's no passing traffic.
