Highlights include the wood burner for keeping warm during the winter and the outdoor fire pit and tripod grill for cooking. There are lots of lovely walks on the farm and locally, along with a great pub. It is also 15 mins by car to the beach at Cooden, Bexhill.

Luxurious 1930s Showman's Wagon

Our 1930s Showmans wagon has been lovingly restored to provide a unique luxurious home. It has a bedroom, sitting room, and kitchen area, with an ecoloo. Situated in a gorgeous country garden in an AONB there are fantastic walks as well as two good pubs in close proximity. It is near to Tunbridge Wells, Lewes, Eastbourne, Hastings, the South Downs and Sussex Coast and 25 minutes from Glyndebourne. N.B. tThe terrain is uneven & steps are steep without a handrail, the deck also has no railings.
