Harbour View is literally on the quayside of Victoria Harbour, the historic conservation area of Dunbar but only 30 mins to the centre of Edinburgh, the festival city. It’s so peaceful yet there’s always something happening – harbour seals and kittiwakes, fishing boats, paddle boards and the lifeboat station is just next door. History on the doorstep, in a picturesque working harbour. 8 mins walk to Dunbar station with frequent trains to central Edinburgh, perfect for the Festival or day trips.

The House at the Beach.
The House at the Beach is a double-upper Victorian villa (built 1871). It is a beautiful home from home, equipped and decorated to a very high specification, with stunning views over North Berwick’s west beach, harbour, and the RNLI lifeboat station. The window seat in the sitting room is a favourite place for visitors to watch all the activities on the beach, sailing boats, boats from the harbour to the islands, as well as the regular training launching the lifeboat. Approx 8 miles from Edinburgh city centre and 2 miles from Portabello. Musselburgh Race Course is a short walk away, Musselburgh high street a 5 minute walk, Gullane and other golf courses nearby. All the shops,bars and restaurants are seconds away. The train station and the North Berwick West Links Golf Club are both a 5 minute walk away and you can be on the beach in less than a minute!.
