The House at the Beach is a double-upper Victorian villa (built 1871). It is a beautiful home from home, equipped and decorated to a very high specification, with stunning views over North Berwick’s west beach, harbour, and the RNLI lifeboat station. The window seat in the sitting room is a favourite place for visitors to watch all the activities on the beach, sailing boats, boats from the harbour to the islands, as well as the regular training launching the lifeboat.
