Highfield Bungalow sits in the heart of the South Downs, located on our own farmland, a light and airy single story building offering 3 bedrooms, family bathroom, fully fitted modern kitchen, dining area with large dining table, sofa and sofa bed for additional guests. There are stunning views of the surrounding countryside from the lounge area, bedrooms. The adjoining terrace is the perfect spot to dine al fresco whilst enjoying the views. The lawn area has a games store and private hot tub.

The Folly

This wonderful building, started in the 60’s by Edward Barnsley, and was finished more recently and still remains in the family. It stands in the grounds of The Bee House, where poet Edward Thomas wrote many of his poems. The garden falls straight into the South Downs Hangars, with direct access to fantastic woodland walks with spectacular views, whilst minimal light pollution makes the night skies perfect for star-gazing. You can now hire a hot tub spa, please let me know before your stay.

Wisteria Lodge, a self-contained unit with spa

Wisteria Lodge, is an annex to our home, an ideal location for exploring the South Coast and nearby National Parks. It is self-contained with its own front door, fast wifi ,complementary bottle of Prosecco and sole use of the spa. An ideal base if you are working in the Chichester or Portsmouth area. There is plenty of off-street parking. Chichester and Langstone Harbours are an attractive 15 minute walk. Come and relax and take advantage of the many amenities the local area has to offer.

The Good Shepherd Hut with wood-fired hot tub

The Good Shepherd Hut is nestled in its own private paddock, in the South Downs National Park, in rural Hampshire. The oakcrafted design ensures a luxurious stay with a comfy double bed, free WiFi, underfloor heating, a log burner, sofa, kitchenette and ensuite. Outside is a fire pit BBQ, picnic table and wood-fired hot tub. A breakfast hamper, toiletries, robes and slippers are included. Easy car access, just off the A3 and south of the Hindhead tunnel. The village has a train station. Situated in the South Downs National Park and ideally located for the market towns of Haslemere, Farnham, Petersfield and Alton, it is only 25 minutes from Goodwood. Great countryside and lots on offer locally for holiday or break.

You’ll love the venue because of the rural location, the snugness and comfort of the pods. The Pods are situated in an orchard on a working farm.

The Guest House, Five Trees

The Guest House is a perfect rural get away. It is set in the classic English country garden of a 16th century thatched house in the Meon Valley. It has a private deck with a hot tub. The grounds contain a swimming pool and tennis court for guest use upon request. The pool is open in summer. The River Meon, multiple footpaths and a lovely local pub are within a few steps of the property. Use of pool, hot tub and tennis court are at your own risk.
