The hayloft is a self contained and beautiful quirky addition to a private family home within a courtyard, secure in a gated environment, close to Bracknell centre but giving the feel of being in the country. A lovely place to relax, and enjoy the pub down the road after a days work. Perfect for anyone working in Bracknell from time to time or on a weekly basis who wants to feel more at home when away. Self contained part of charming thatched cottage in this attractive South Oxfordshire village, between Didcot (2.5 miles) and Wallingford (3.5 miles). The accommodation has its own entrance, sitting room - with inglenook fireplace (only use electric fire provided) - and steep, winding stairs leading to the large bedroom with vaulted ceiling and superking bed. Guests will have sole use of the adjoining bathroom. Period features also include low beams, but rule out a shower. Not for children.

The house was 'created' in 2020 having originally been part of the village pub - its now part of a redeveloped property which also includes the owners home and a fabulous cafe called Artichoke Cafe The property is right in the heart of the picturesque riverside village of Pangbourne with its fabulous specialist shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. Yet only ten minutes walk gets you to the countryside! The village also boasts a mainline station with direct trains to London Paddington.

This charming Cottage is located in the picturesque Village of Englefield Green. Just four miles from Windsor Castle, three miles from Wentworth Golf Course and six miles from Ascot Race Course. Heathrow Airport if just six miles away. 300 metres further down the lane is The Royal Air Force Memorial and below that, on National Trust grounds that skirts the River Thames is the Magna Carta Memorial. The Royal Holloway University is a ten minute stroll across the Village.

The annex is very cosy. The bedroom has ensuite and there is a separate living room with a very comfy sofa. There is a garden and outside dining table. Our house has the 'Loudwater' sign right outside our house if you don't see the number 9 in the dark. We are also directly opposite Thanestead Court. Our place is just off junction 3 High Wycombe East from M40 so a great location to get to all places in Buckinghamshire as well as to London. The location is very peaceful.

The cabin is a fun and light filled space, perfect for families or couples. It boasts its own private patio, which leads to a secluded secret garden with an outdoor roll top bath! Inside there is a pool table and Sky TV. It is in the garden of a family home, situated half a mile from Twyford station, allowing easy access to Henley-on-Thames and London via the Elizabeth line. The cabin is accessed through a secure, key coded gate around the side of the main house.

The Barn at The Grove

The Barn is a self-contained recently converted space in the heart of the Chilterns. It is close to the riverside towns of Henley-on-Thames and Marlow and the surrounding Chiltern countryside. It is located on the edge of the village of Frieth with nearby farm shops and local gastro-pubs within a 5 min drive. The Barn is in a private and peaceful location with off-street parking. It is perfect for couples, solo travellers and small families.
