Das Appartement ist zentral in Düsseldorf -Friedrichstadt gelegen. Das Appartement besteht aus einem Ess- und Wohnbereich mit Schlafsofa (mit durchgehender Matratze) sowie einem Schlafzimmer. -Smart-TV und Balkon. Im separaten Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein großes Doppelbett und ein geräumiger Kleiderschrank. Dort ist auch ein heller, großer Schreibtisch vorhanden. Dort kann auch die 5 Person auf dem Extrabett schlafen. Die Betten sind bereits bezogen und Handtücher liegen bereit.

Appartement im kernsanierten Altbau von 1910, 3. Obergeschoss, hohe Decken, großzügiges Bad, moderne Einrichtung und Parkettfußboden. Das Appartement liegt im quirligen Stadtteil Flingern. Im Umfeld befinden sich eine große Anzahl an Cafés, Restaurants und kleinen Läden. Die nächste Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist ca. 150 m entfernt. Wir gehören zum Stadtzentrum und somit gilt bei uns die Anwohnerparkregelung. Bist du mit dem Auto unterwegs, zeigen wir dir gern wie und wo du parken kannst.

Unser Garten-Apartment befindet sich im Hochparterre eines Jugenstilhauses aus dem Jahr 1906. Dir stehen zwei Zimmer mit insgesamt 90 qm zur Verfügung. Ein Wohn- und Schlafzimmer und eine Wohnküche. Alle Fenster und die sonnigeTerrasse haben Blick in den Garten. Unsere Bibliothek lädt dich zum Lesen ein. Genieße entspanntes und grosszügiges Wohnen in ruhiger Lage im Zentrum von Düsseldorf. Der grosse Shaker-Tisch lässt sich auch für Meetings mit bis zu 6 Personen nutzen.

Gästeappartment im Herz von Flingern

Eigenes Appartement/Wohnung mit Bad für 1-2 Personen ( Anzahl bitte bei Buchung angeben) im pulsierenden Flingern und trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Das Stadtzentrum sowie die Altstadt als auch Bahnhof und Flughafen/Messe sind in wenigen Stationen erreichbar. Wer das Grüne sucht hat auch nur wenige Stationen zu fahren. In den umliegenden Cafés Restaurants und Geschäften lässtsich jeder Tag entspannt beginnen, verbringen und mit einem herrlichen Essen beenden.

Sólo cuatro minutos a pie hacia el metro "Nordstraße" U78/U79 dirección Messe/estación central/casco antiguo. 10 minutos a pie al casco antiguo y a la famosa "Königsallee" o a solo una parada de metro. Sólo dos minutos de la calle comercial Nordstraße con muchos bares, restaurantes y tiendas.

The apartment is on Bismarckstr. Located about 30 meters across from the main train station. So you can't live any closer to the main train station. There are countless restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity. In the main station there is a supermarket that is open 24/7 and many other shops.
