Inside is a cocooning embrace; it’s the dreamiest sanctuary for two. Unfortunately our property is not set up to host newborns, infants or toddlers.

Koonga Maya adults only retreat in the Gunyulgup Valley amongst Jarrah and Marri trees overlooking the gully close enough to the crystal clear waters of Smiths Beach which you can hear in the winter months. Our new studio @ 36 is ready to host couples. Located only 300 m from the beach and parklands of geographe bay or a 700 m stroll into town. It’s the perfect location to avoid getting in the car and discovering what Dunsborough has to offer. You’ll find this space private and comfortable. It is attached to the main house where the owners live but it has its own entry and car park, kitchenette, ensuite and courtyard.
