The private courtyard, with its own outdoor setting is perfect to store bikes and surfboards. There is shady off street parking and the front door key is accessed from a lock box at the studio entrance.

It is attached to the main house where the owners live but it has its own entry and car park, kitchenette, ensuite and courtyard.
