We are situated in Podstrana, behind popular hotel-resort Le Meridian Lav, 4 minutes(150 m) to the beach (shortcut without crossing the road only with stairs). It is apartment for 7 persons.

Apartment is newly renovated with everything what you need. It has 58m2 with small balcony and big one which is amazing and has 30m2 and the sea view is something what you have to see. Apartment "Patricia" is completely renovated, on the 3th floor, in the old hause built 1900 year from natural stone in the city center, downtown, close (within a radius 50m) to public transport and parking, taxi, art and culture, parks, green and fish market, bucheries, banks, caffes and restaurants, post office, ferry and yachts harbour.The airport is 2 km away. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

You have the whole house for you. It has one bedroom with double bed and living room with a sofa. Sofa is not for sleeping. Kitchen is fully equipped without oven . Bathroom has a shower. Parking is not available.
