Studio is brand new, fully renovated and equipped with new and quality furniture. Special attention was paid to the comfort of the bed. The house is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood, just a couple of minutes walking from the pedesitran area and about 10-15 minutes from the beaches. Guests have access to two swimming pools. Room is located on the 1st floor, overlooking the pools. It has a private bathroom and terrace. There is no kitchen but there is a small fridge and water kettle.

The 66 sqm fully equipped apartment with AC is on the 3rd floor (NO elevator, sorry ;) of a building block in a residential area of Poreč (Case popolari :). The beach and the center are 10 minutes by walk away.
