The pool and out door area is shared with myself and partner. I have a small dog, Pepper the Poodle. Registered with local WA STRA requirements.

You’ll love it, a large spacious house with an amazing outdoor living space with the ease of the hop, skip and jump (literally only 300 meters) to the beach and 900m to the Scarborough pool! Free Netflix in the lounge room, with both bedrooms (one king bed & one queen bed) having ceiling fans and the air conditioner in the open planned lounge room cools the air on those warmer days. It's a great place for all travellers.

Umatah Retreat Chalet

Umatah means "you matter". Umatah to us, Umatah to yourself, Umatah to those around you and Umatah to the environment. Umatah is part of the original State Brick Works that was closed down in the 1940’s after their excavations hit an underground spring. The property runs on organic principles and has a mango orchard, apiary, vegetable wicking beds plus various other fruit and nut trees. There is a large waterhole, landscaped gardens and endless native bushland.

Minutes from the Karrinyup Shopping centre cinema’s, bars and eateries, Scarborough and Trigg beaches 3 min by car, easy walking distance to great cafes and bars. Our Studio has reverse cycle air con, kitchenette, outdoor cooking, free NETFLIX, and wifi. Centrally situated between the beach and city on the bus route to the train station. We have a friendly dog as well.

You will have your own place to stay in Scarborough. The Guest house is in a separate building adjacent to the main house, overlooks the property garden and swimming pool. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay – Queen size bed, bathroom with shower, sofa, dining table and fully equipped kitchen. The location is in Scarborough near a big park, within a walking distance to the beach (approx. 900m), café strip and bus stop (approx 500m).
