Ideally located 2 miles from Sandringham House, 5 minutes drive to Houghton Hall & Gardens and a short drive to the North Norfolk coast.

Self contained annexe with minimal cooking facilities - downstairs open plan kitchenette with microwave and hob, lounge area (smart TV), dining area. Upstairs in master bedroom king size bed, (smart TV) sloping attic roof - separate shower room with toilet and wash handbasin. Second bedroom (request booking please) single bed, sloping roof. Outside toilet and fridge if required. Welcome pack for your first breakfast. Kitchen facilities suitable for breakfast and light lunches.

Established for over 12 years with many repeat bookings and glowing testimonies. Two bedrooms, one on the ground floor opposite the bathroom, bed 2 top floor, with sloping apex ceiling king size bed. Private off-road parking next to cottage sleeps up to 5 people well behaved dogs welcome. One bathroom with toilet and walk in shower.

Plenty of choice locally for pubs to eat at and for takeaways. We have two Labradors hence the no pets. Two bedrooms (king size bed and twin beds), lounge, dining-kitchen, shower room. You will be staying in a detached converted barn at our home. All set in an acre of gardens.
