Our Shuksan Suite is freshly remodeled and upgraded to provide you with a relaxing place to unwind after a long day of carving turns at Mt Baker, rafting the river, snowmobiling the woods or hiking the trails. Featuring an Alexander Signature Series queen bed and Easy Breather Pillows from Nest Bedding, full kitchenette and dining area, and a full shower/bathtub, you can stay in and relax. We are also a short walk to local dining and nightlife. Enjoy playing billiards, ping pong, and foosball in the Shuksan Den, or just relax by the fireplace on one of the many cozy couches reading your favorite book. Free shared Wi-Fi is available, but internet in Glacier is not high speed and is not guaranteed. Remote work, wifi calling or other streaming services may not be possible. The Forest Hermitage of Turtle Haven Sanctuary

The Forest Hermitage is part of Turtle Haven Sanctuary nearby and has a specific purpose of providing inspiration and retreat for artists, writers, naturalists, and those drawn to stillness and inner contemplation, in need of rest, and renewal. The two-story structure is located in a forest grove on several wooded acres, across the road from a view of the Nooksack River and valley. This Pacific Northwest corner is renowned for its spawning salmon in season, abundant eagles, and other wildlife.

You'll be staying in our brand new tiny house with views of the eagle sanctuary and within walking distance to the North Fork Eagle preserve, including trails to the Nooksack River. We are 37 miles to the ski area and 20 miles to downtown Bellingham. Perfect for skiing, bald eagle viewing, hiking, biking, dining, and of course, relaxing. Enjoy your stay!

Country Guesthouse

A quiet, tidy little craftsman home 20 miles from the Mt. Baker National Forest and 40 miles from the Mt. Baker Ski Area. The Middle Fork of the Nooksack and it's wildlife is a short walk to the north. We have a strict cancellation policy but we are really pretty accommodating. If you cancel within 30 days of your stay we will bank those lost funds for future use at any available time in the future.
