We wanted a weekend trip to relax with our family and Roland’s place was just that. Great things for the kids to do at the house and close enough to St Augustine to go enjoy some of the attractions there. The house was clean and neat, the pool was perfect and we will definitely come back!

Lisa’s home was a great home away from home. My wife and I spent hours outside by the pool and watching the Television out there. Very quiet neighborhood. Watched a few rocket launches from the pool area. Whenever I had questions Lisa always responded quickly, sometimes she contacted us to make sure everything was going well. Definitely recommend to anyone who would like to be in this area as much as we do. Thank you Lisa and Mike for sharing your home with us.

Great house in the Villages close to many great restaurants. I loved the ability to swim in a private beautiful pool every morning. I highly recommend!

Unfortunately, I had to cancel my stay due to an issue caused by the previous guest, which left the property unavailable for my reservation. While the situation was disappointing, I want to highlight how responsive and proactive Kyle was throughout the process. He immediately took steps to resolve the issue, kept me updated, and looped in Airbnb support without me needing to reach out myself—which I really appreciated. Thank you!

Heidy’s place was exactly what we needed for our family of 4 adults and 2 children. Communicating was easy and always a quick response. The pool was beautiful and the neighborhood was quiet. Close to restaurants/stores. Very easy to get to the airport. Would definitely stay at Heidy’s place again!

We had a wonderful time! The house was exactly as advertised, exceptional clean and the beds were so comfortable. It was a great location with everything we wanted in walking distance. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area!

Picked this place for our son’s first birthday and it was incredible! The community lost power the first night and it came back fairly quickly. Our host was quick to be on top of everything. Would stay here again!

But most of all, you were the kindest, most proactive host we've ever had. And check-in was a breeze and so well explained. And for ONCE the check out instructions were WONDERFUL. We are a traveling family and have stayed at many Airbnb's along the east coast. This was by far the cleanest and mist enjoyable property. We very much enjoyed our time at Cocoa Beach. This house is located in a great area. Convient to everything Cocoa beach has to offer. The back yard is indeed a tropical paradise. And it is in my opinion the best feature of the house. You feel like your in the Carribean when you venture out to the back deck. My only complaint, and its minor, is we felt the furniture in the living room was a bit uncomfortable for a bigger family. It looks very aesthetic, but is somewhat impractical for gathering to watch a movie. Overall it was the perfect getaway. And I highly recomend!

We felt right at home in Matt's place. The house was big and spacious, we absolutely loved the pool on the back porch. Was a perfect setting to grill dinner and enjoy the pool, was very hot outside but the back porch was very shaded and comfortable you could feel the ocean breeze., just perfect!! The ocean access was very close walking distance. The garage was also stocked with all you need for a day at the beach. Coolers, umbrellas, chairs, even beach toys for the kids. The kitchen was also stocked with everything you need to cook a meal for your family. The snacks and bottle of wine that was left for us by Matt was a great surprise and treat after a 6 hour drive. Plenty of restaurants within good driving distance. Plus a circle K at the top of the road. Matt was very responsive to my messages. We would definitely stay at Matt's again in the future. The home was cozy, clean, private and much more. I couldnt have asked for a more fitting home to stay at while my friend and I were staying in Kissimmee Florida. I highly recommend staying in this home!

Absolutely loved our stay here! Anee was responsive and friendly, house was clean and set up so great, we didnt need anything but food! Close to the beach and lots of great restaurants. Check in and out was super simple. Great experience althogether.

O lugar é lindo, condomínio maravilhoso, localização excelente! Mercados, restaurantes logo em frente ao condomínio. A casa é super aconhegante, nos sentimentos em casa e adoramos o espaço de Manish. Com toda certeza recomendo! Vale ressaltar que precisávamos de 2 berços portáteis e na casa possuia apenas 1 o Manish foi super solícito e nos arrumou outro. Gostamos muito!

Didn’t spend much time in the Airbnb but upon arrival everything was as expected the house was clean pool was nice had enough space close to interstate which was good everything was perfect if I had to complain maybe more towels recommended and will come back

We had a great stay here. Sheri is a great host, was very response and made sure we had everything we needed. The house is in a great location, easy access to the beach and walking distance from everything we wanted to do. Would absolutely stay again!

Our group of 5 (plus a small dog) stayed at the Yellow Beach House for 4 nights, and it was hands down one of the best Airbnb stays we’ve had. the wild peacocks walking around the neighborhood - Such a magical touch! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we could possibly need. The beds were super comfortable, the water pressure was amazing, and the kitchen was fully stocked. There were even beach supplies and pool toys, which made our stay that much easier and more fun. We were in town for Thunder on Cocoa and the location couldn’t have been better—walking distance to the beach, gas station, deli, liquor store, and a little market. We also took the host’s recommendation and ate at Grills—so good! We used the pool and grill daily and really made the most of the space. The yard and landscaping were vibrant and well maintained—it all felt super peaceful and private. Highly recommend this place!

The place was very comfortable for my daughter and I and could serve a family of four well . The selection of furniture and kitchen appliances was great. The location served us well to be close to Natural Springs and nature trails.

Everything about the stay was proper. Myself and three other coworkers had a great stay and enjoyed being at the property. I highly recommend staying here over a hotel. Thank you, Jose
