Courtyard by Asapuwa

An old house from 1930, recently refurbished by the country's leading architect, Channa Daswatte MICDA, has been my family's ancestral property. Its doors were salvaged from an old Roman Catholic church to fit to the unusual height of the house at the time of construction. Keeping with the tradition, the architect who designed the new kitchen area looked for similar doors to harmonize with the old teak doors and windows.
