Great walks over the Dassett Hills. Nearby towns are Banbury, Warwick, Leamington Spa, and Stratford upon Avon. Jaguar Landrover, Gaydon and Aston Martin are 4 miles away. Breakfast snacks, Tea's, coffees's, herbal drinks, water & high speed WiFi are all provided in each room free of charge. Each room has its own fridge too.

We have chickens and bee hives, which don’t bother us but means we can offer eggs and honey for breakfast with fresh coffee and toast. We are within reach of Sywell reservoir, Northampton, Althorp, Salcey forest and Silverstone. We have 2 cats which stay out of the way of strangers.
