Welcome to the Mustard Seed. We believe that big memories can be made with humble beginnings. We invite you to come experience country-style living in East Tennessee. We are located in Jefferson City, TN about 25 minutes away from the Sevierville/Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area. Heading west we are only 30 minutes from Knoxville. Our cozy tiny home has all of the basic necessities you will need during your visit such as full bathroom, bedroom with queen size bed, kitchen sink, tv and Wi-Fi.

Angel nest is 5 minutes to Dollywood and splash country. Very convenient location to pigeon forge and Gatlinburg And many restaurants and attractions. Nestled away in a very quiet neighborhood with beautiful mountain views . Angel nest sleeps 4 comfortably. iT has queen sofa bed and queen bed has a memory foam mattresses. Wilderness Tiny Cabin

Overnight guests at the WILDERNESS Tiny Cabin are very special people. The only way to reach the secluded cabin is by taking the mountain hiking trail and back or request to be driven to the cabin via 4-wheeler($10 additional cost for drive in and drive out) . The trail is 800ft consistent of the opulent and incredibly diverse flora and fauna,providing a rewarding adventure. The WILDERNESS cabin is setting in the forest among the trees overlooking the Smoky Mountain range in high altitude.

Lake Front Lodge

Lake Front Lodge is a park like setting right on Douglas Lake! This listing is for off season rentals... when it's too cold for the lake, it's the perfect place for a family vacation only 45-60 mins from Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area! Go explore, catch a show, go shopping, or just stay here and relax, grill some steaks. Then hang out in the game room and play pool, foosball, air hockey, board games, or take it old school and play Pac-Man, Mortal Kombat or Star Wars on the arcade games!

This 2 bedroom, 2 bath summer camp-themed cabin is located 5 minutes from a free Douglas Lake boat launch, 25 minutes from Pigeon Forge and 35 minutes from the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. BBQ on the grill, relax in the screened-in porch, build a camp fire in the fire pit or use this as your basecamp to explore the best of the Smokies, Pigeon Forge & Sevierville.

This studio is on the lower level of our home with a private entrance and driveway. It is the only space on this level. It has a comfortable queen bed, kitchenette and an expansive private covered porch with bed swing and two seating areas. Guests staying 2 nights or more will receive a thank you gift. You will be staying just off I-40 and minutes (20-40) from Sevierville, Pigeon Forge (Dolllywood), and Gatlinburg. We are less than a mile from Douglas Lake.
