Inside the house there is a one apartment and one studio and both can accommodate two guests. Apartment has fully equipped kitchen with dining area, which allows you to enjoy your own meals and holiday. There is also separate bedroom with TV and beautiful spacious bathroom with toilet and shower. Studio i equipped with spacious living room with pull-out bed, TV, sofa and few steps higher kitchen with dining table. From the terrace and garden you can enjoy yourself by gazing at the mountain and hill view surrounded with vineyards or just enjoy in BBQ facilities, your children can enjoy our playground with many options.

V Luxury Residence Metlika je velika spalnica, dnevna soba z wellnessom in kuhinjo ter kopalnica. Spalnica je opremljena za dve osebi in je od osrednjega dela ločena z vrati. Kuhinja je opremljena s sodobno in vso potrebno opremo za kuhanje. V osrednjem delu je jedilna miza, usnjen raztegljiv kavč, na katerem lahko spita dve osebi in TV s Playstation 5. V wellnessu imamo finsko in infrardečo savno ter jacuzzi s TV. Kopalnica je ločena z vrati. Zunaj apartmaja je terasa in brezplačno parkirišče.

The house has been lovingly restored and stylishly furnished. Uninterrupted peace and quiet, not far away from the center of Slovenia's smallest historic town, await you, for example, water sports on the Krka River or a visit to the nearby monastery. The house has a wood-burning stove, make ist available for booking year-round.

Gostima su na raspolaganju infracrvena sauna i jacuzzi. Tu je i pečenjara za roštiljanje, te vrtna sjenica za druženje. Lokacija osigurava privatnost, a blizu je svih potrebnih sadržaja. Cottage Ljubica

Our wooden cottage is located in the village Mahićno near the town of Karlovac. The place is very quiet and peaceful. The cottage is by the woods where you can take a walk and see a lot of harmless animals. In just a few minutes’ walk through the woods and the meadow you can reach the river Kupa. You can also reach the river Dobra in ca. 20 min by foot and see where Dobra joins the Kupa. Both rivers are very clean and are great refreshment in hot summer days.
