This private and self-contained studio-apartment is within easy walking distance of central Wanaka. There is a full kitchen and laundry and off street parking. The studio has a unique grass roof and large sunny deck with a hot tub. The studio is set in a park-like setting with mature trees. The comfortable queen sized bed has an electric blanket and quality linen. This studio is recently completed with quality furniture and is only a 5 minutes walk from the edge of Lake Wanaka.

In the winter, enjoy the proximity to the Wanaka and Queenstown 5 ski fields. The king bed can split into 2 single beds to add more flexibility.

We are situated at Jacks Point which has a international Golf Course, rated among the top in the world. 10 minutes from Queenstown International Airport, 20 mins from the centre of Queenstown and on the main highway to Milford Sound, Doubtful Sound and Te Anau making your trip to Milford area so much shorter. At our front door is the Remarkables Ski Field. We are new to airbnb and look forward to making you stay memorable.

Lake Views On Sunrise Lane

Sunrise is a lovely place to relax and take in the stunning views of Lake Wakatipu and The Remarkables. The sleeping options can be arranged to suit: For 2 people you can have either a King Size Bed or 2 Single Beds set up in the main bedroom. There is also an additional single bed that can be set up in the lounge if required for a 3rd person. Please let us know how you would like the beds set up at time of booking.

Come and relax in our newly built one-bedroom unit at Cromwell. You will enjoy the views of mountain and Orchard in this beautiful country. 15 mins walk or 2 mins drive to the town centre, supermarkets, and restaurants. It’s close to walking tracks just 10 mins walk to Lake Dunstan. 45 mins drive to Queenstown and Cardrona and 30 mins drive to Wanaka. Easy to access all ski field near at Cromwell.

This unit is nestled in a beautiful garden and has stunning mountain views. Detached from the main house and with a private entrance it provides privacy and space. Close to bike tracks, the wave, Grandview and 8 minutes to Lake Hāwea. Situated walking distance to Hawea flat school and kindergarten which is great for visiting family to do pick ups and drop offs.
